There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Crews staged near Clever mean less drive time between your call and equipment on-site.
No surprise per-gallon charges — the quoted rate is the rate you pay.
Every piece of water extraction work below follows the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
We clear bulk water fast, then move into detailed extraction of carpet, pad, and subfloor.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
A technician assesses the scope on-site and provides a written flat-rate quote before any work begins.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
"The moisture meter readings gave me confidence the job was actually done right."
Grace T., Clever"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Clever"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Clever"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., Clever"Extraction from a tricky corner behind built-in cabinetry was handled without damaging the cabinets themselves."
Julian V., CleverThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 65631, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Whether your address sits in the city core or a neighboring zip code, the same water extraction response standard applies.
